Canning 101 by with The Life Co-op
So what are you going to do with the tons of tomatoes you have? Or all of the veggies and fruits coming from farms all over the CSRA. Well, you could eat tomatoes until your skin turns red or you could join us for an intro to canning. Talk with people who have been doing it for years and people who just started and need a little nudge in the right direction.
No matter what level canner you are, this is sure to be a great class and a gathering of friends.
