As We Speak...the next generation of farmers are spending more time at a keyboard than the plow.

As we speak, there are some ambitious young ladies out there who are building the next big thing.  Code21 is a group of young ladies, between 10 and 17 who are learning to code for the future.  As we speak they are working on an app that will draw attention to local small businesses that are preparing for the holiday season

As we speak, there are talented musicians like Lisa Bastoni who are lending their voices and their talents as background music to the app that these young ladies are designing.

As we speak, there are beekeepers building hives that will be fixed with cameras run by software that these young women are developing. As we speak we are making arrangements to place these hives all over the United States and as far away as Haiti and the UK.

As we speak, there are young men and women designing gardens that will be monitored and maintained by robotic arms from many miles away.

As we speak,  there are local restaurants, artists, yoga teachers, and more small local businesses that are becoming part of the app that will tell people where they are for the holiday season and for the entire year.  They know that their contribution will help these young ladies learn and expand these programs that we have started.

As we speak, a community is forming and growing to support and nurture these children as they build tomorrow's world.  If we nurture this community, we can grow food on the moon.

Kids talking with other kids hundreds or
thousands of miles away, speaking other languages and dealing with different climates, from their own classrooms or even their own smartphones.
